The ToughArmor Slim Optical Disk Drive + 2.5” Drive Combo Enclosure lets you add a Slim or Ultra-slim CD/DVD/Blu-ray disk drive and multiple 2.5” SSD/HDD into a single 5.25” optical drive bay of PC cases. It’s designed explicitly for computing systems where optical disk media and hard drives are both required, such as Medical, Military, Automation, and Audio/Video Editing Computer Systems.

The ToughArmor Slim Optical Disk Drive + 2.5” Drive Combo Enclosures supports any standard Slim/Ultra-slim CD/DVD/Blu-ray drive and 2.5” SAS/SATA drives. The drive installation is easy - simply install the optical disk drive onto the bracket and mount the 2.5” drives onto the drive trays and insert them into the drive slot. The whole process takes less than a couple of minutes.

Removable and Hot-Swappable

Both optical disk drive and 2.5” drive can be inserted/removed without opening the computer case or power off the system. It allows the technician to add, upgrade, or replace the drives with minimum downtime.
