CP051 is a slim stick carrier dock for 2 x M.2 drives that fits in a slim optical drive bay (12.7mm height). It is specifically designed for Industrial PC, Media Workstations, High Performance Servers, Surveillance Systems, Medical Systems and Military Rugged Computers. Rear connector uses miniSAS (SFF-8643) and connects to components that use this connector type. The small footprint design allows usage of powerful M.2 SSDs within a compact space and provides easy frontal access for drive swapping and drive maintenance.

The slim stick carriers allow the ability to remove M.2 drives safely and quickly without the need to open up the computer. The carrier also allows space for a heatsink to draw away excessive heat from high speed data transfers. Changing M.2 drives for the carriers can be easily done by snap out panels and removing a single screw holding the M.2 drive.
