Fitting inside a single 5.25 external bay, the CP055 is our most compact solution for NVMe, providing an impressive amount of ultra-fast M.2 NVMe storage in a compact space, perfect for workstations and servers dealing with large quantity of uncompressed data such high resolution photos, 4K videos, and expansive data worksheets. Our tray system allows for easy access for multiple M.2 drives and providing an easy platform to mount M.2 drives. Individual key locks on each tray allow individual drives to be secured, in order to prevent accidental ejections and unauthorized physical access. All the metal trays are enclosed in a full metal cage, rugged for tough environments, such as industrial plants, the military, and any physical environment where durability is a factor. Eight individual miniSAS HD ports are in the rear of the unit, allowing each NVMe drive in the unit to go at full 32 Gb/s speeds individually. Ventilation slots are designed in front of the tray allowing for greater airflow to help dissipate heat. With combination of heatsinks, drives will have less heat build up, allowing the drives to consistently perform at full speeds without heat throttling the performance of the ultra-fast M.2 drives.
