The CP065 allows storage of up to eight M.2 SATA drives in a single 5.25" bay. Each M.2 drive has its own drive tray, with a heatsink on top of each tray, to reduce overall temperatures on the drive and maintain peak performance. While M.2 trays are designed to be removable, CP065 allows easy swaps between M.2 drives which introduce convenience for users. On top of that, the drive cage has two fans installed to provide extra airflow inside the unit and draw away excess heat produced by the M.2 drives. In term of connectivity, each miniSAS HD port can connect up to four M.2 drives to the computer, reducing the cable clutter and providing easier maintenance.
