Upgrade your system with the versatile Concept Product CP147, engineered for effortless installation in any standard 5.25” optical drive bay, supporting up to four 15mm U.2/U.3 SSDs. Built to withstand the toughest environments, this mobile rack enclosure features a rugged all-metal construction for both the frame and tray, complemented by an IPX5-rated water-resistant front cover. Ideal for military, automotive, and maritime uses, as well as autonomous and aerospace applications, the CP147 is ready to meet the demands of high-performance and mission-critical operations.
IPX5 Water-Resistant Front Cover

Designed for harsh, moisture-prone environments, the IPX5-rated front cover protects against water jets from any direction, ensuring your data remains safe even when exposed to water. This feature is ideal for applications like field deployments in wet conditions or industrial settings where liquid exposure is a common hazard.
Removable Drive Tray Design

Typically, NVMe U.2/U.3 SSDs are installed inside the computer case, making them difficult to reach during maintenance. With the CP147, your drives are brought to the front in a 5.25” optical drive bay, allowing easy access to U.2/U.3 SSDs and streamlining drive maintenance. The removable drive trays accommodate any standard U.2/U.3 SSD from 5mm to 15mm in drive height.

This removable drive tray setup is ideal for in-vehicle or military systems where daily data backup is essential. Users can effortlessly remove the U.2/U.3 SSDs with the tray, store them securely, or insert them into the main station equipped with the CP147 for rapid data access and transfer.
Maximizing Cooling Performance

Built-in with the dual 40x40x20mm cooling fans, the heat generates by U.2/U.3 SSD is further dispersed through the intelligently place ventilation holes throughout the entire enclosure, to keep the drives at optimal operating temperatures.
EMI Grounding Technology

Grounding your drives are essential as swapping drives without the proper grounding may lead to hardware damage due to static shocks. With our innovative EMI Grounding Technology, once the drive is screwed onto the drive tray, the drive will be in a constant grounded state throughout the tray, housing, and computer system to ensure your drives are protected from static electrical surges safe during swapping.
Stay Informed with LED Status Indicators

An LED status light built into the tray lets you know your drive is powered up and in use. The LED will shut off when no drives are installed to save power.
